I decided to make an opening page for this upcoming fic as well. This will be called ‘winter born’ and I might as well address issues here as well that I know will arise. So please read this before reading the actual story, or flaming me, - now don’t tell me I didn’t warn you!

The n17 warning is there for the disturbing issues that arise in this fic, such as violence, character death (murder) and incest. – So if you are offended by any of the warnings or am under aged to read this. Uhm... don’t! – Should you choose to do so anyway, it’s your problem, not mine!

You could call this a darkfic, but as always I promise you a happy end... I cant help it, I want to see my favourite characters happy as well *smiles*

Now the Silmarillon is one of my absolute favourite books, so don’t give me the ‘I am a true Tolkien fan’ song – because so am I, I just like to play along with his creations. With that said I might want to make aware f the AU warning. In this fic some people who should be dead according to the time line are not. And some people who should have stayed in Valinor did not. But you guys know me I care little for timelines when I write, I just obey my muse. This fic will take place after the great walk over Helcaraxë and the kinslaying. I wont get more into it right now... just remember my timeline is absolutely screwed up, and on purpose I might add.

This fic might sound extremely dark and serious, but knowing myself I am such a H/C sucker, so don’t worry, the most of these issues will not be extremely explicit, they are just there, for otherwise the plot wouldent work, and I am trying to protect the weaker souls here.

Each chapter will have its own warning and summary, these are the over all warnings and summary.

Pairings; Fingon/Maedhros Amrod/Elrured Maeglin/Maglor Maeglin/Eöl

Warnings; incest, non con’ish, violence, mutilation, humiliation, bdsm issues, hurt/comfort

Over all Summary; as Maedhros is recovered from the mountain, Curufin, Celegorm and Caranthir wants to end this war once and for all. And who knows? Maybe love is stronger than the oath of Fëanor and the darkness of Morgoth
